Don’t panic.

Stay calm.

Close your eyes.

Count to five.

Woosah—let the weight fall away.


You weren’t meant to feel this heavy.

This isn’t forever.


Inhale—deeper this time.

Exhale—slow and soft.


Inhale—hold.

Hold.

Exhale—let it be.


Just. Breathe.
